That's a ridiculous price. If you're going with an unofficial Master's, I'd just go with an inexpensive ENEB one or two for under a thousand dollars/pounds/euros. IMO, in most countries, a Propio is probably not going to be worth more than (say) $/€/£5k. You can find official degrees starting at around that price point. I'm not aware of any Product Management degrees specifically, but I'm sure that someone here will know of at least one.
