Does anyone know if UMPI refunds the negative financial aid back to the student or does it just disappear?

This is regarding Pell Grant

Negative financial aid? Do you mean your Pell Grant is higher than your tuition or is it less than your tuition? If it's over your tuition, you'll get a refund. If it's under, then you owe the balance of the bill.
