So it's state recognized, that is good.
Fees aren't that bad, however I think the fees linked above are only for part-time students taking half the normal amount of courses. So for example full time is 2 years, now for the total price it is 4 x the part-time fee. https://www.uwtsd.ac.uk/postgraduate/postgraduate-fees/ 
There's a separate much higher set of fees for "overseas students"
