Honestly that sounds like a perfect doctorate for a HBCU.

This will be a $5000 per semester degree. It will take 4 semesters to complete.

The degree will be in Leadership. The exact type is unknown still. I'm hoping for a PhD, DBA, or DLead.

That's very, very fast for a doctorate. Some will say too fast.

Isn't the PhD outside of the scope of TRACS, or has that changed?

Two years is normal for fast doctorates. Cumberlands is 2 years, most universities are around 2 years. 4 semesters = 2 years. VUL just hpapens to have 3 semesters in a year if you do summer.

TRACS does have one PhD. https://ogs.edu/degrees/doctor-of-philosophy-dphil/ This was their first one.

Two years is not unprecedented, but it's not normal. And Cumberlands is only two years if you transfer in a year's worth of doctoral level coursework and double up on the remaining coursework.

Good to know that TRACS's scope now includes the PhD.

I don't want to quibble but I don't think that this is even close to being true.  Even universities that require a Masters for admission to a Doctoral program are rarely completed in only 2 years.

Okay let me correct myself than. Most universities that we discuss here on internet forums usually have a way to do it in 2 years.

Most of us are on this forum to get a degree online/accelerate.

Most 4+ year programs are brick and mortar. Many online programs I found for MA's are 1 year, in person 2 years.

One of the big differences of online schools is that we don't take summers off online, wharas a lot of brick and mortar does.,
