Just like the original poster... You should be able to complete the degree within the 1 term, may have done so a month or two before the term ends (create that buffer time and get everything done before the term ends). Yes, OA's are proctored exams. PA's are written assignments. 

If I remember correctly 4 courses are PA only. The rest are either OA or OA/PA mix.
