There's already a thread on here about their MA in psychology. The only transfer credit they would accept would be master's courses and most people try not to transfer in master's programs because it's not easy to transfer much. You can't take ACE credits for a master's degree. It's a bit different than a bachelor's degree.

Transfer credit into master's programs will vary. It all depends on where the courses were taken, when they were taken, if they match any of the requirements and are equal to them, and your grade. When you start a master's program, you have the intention of finishing it at the same school. They're not designed for transferability like a bachelor's degree program that's why many schools do not accept master's credits to transfer.

Well I won't waste my time with an expensive program that advertises transferable credits and then is not even able to tell me what transfers. If they are not designed for transferability they shouldn't advertise it as such, for that amount of money and the workload they expect of their students, I like programs that offer more information up front otherwise, no thanks, not worth my time and money. Some programs specifically say you can transfer a certain amount of credits therefore it means they do not expect the student to start and finish the program in its entirety with them. I'd like to see the answers of those who have transferred credits and which courses.

Transfer programs in master's degrees are made for people who's life got in the way not so you can take a course at a college for cheaper then transfer it in. If you want specifics about how they work with transferring master's credits, then you need to contact admissions and discuss this with them. Based on other posts you've made, you don't seem to reach out to the schools and ask them questions. That's part of selecting a college for any degree.

That's an awesome price! That's pretty much as cheap as it gets for any RA degree...

Absolutely!  No complaints at all.

I ended up with 13.5 graduate credit hours for free from the Walden MS in Early Childhood Studies Admin program. I liked the program. It was mostly paper driven. You could only have like three courses open at once. I did the 13.5 during the one free term. I might try to go back at some point. I *think* they offer an incentive of a thousand or two to resume very, very occasionally based on emails I get every once in awhile. I haven't verified that.

In terms of transfer credit, I would expect nothing. I had several graduate level courses that were almost identical to ones in my program and they didn't transfer.
