few questions about TESU
#1
1. In case I didn't pass SOS-1100, will I be required to make another payment for its retake?
2. I want to get AS.COS first. If I pay the residence fee, will it be applicable future Degree and PhD?
3. How to transfer credits from Sophia?

@sekiflying, I responded to your post in regards to ChatGPT earlier, I just reviewed your prior posts/threads all the way back to 2014. You're really stuck as you haven't 'decided' to start accumulating credit, but keep 'thinking' on your next steps to being. This is the year you're going to get things done, not by deciding/thinking but by doing. Please provide more details on what your educational goal is by following the addendum and template here: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works

1) Yes, any courses you fail, you need to purchase again to retake them, it's the same at all colleges/institutions.
2) You can get the AS Comp Science first, the residency waiver will go towards your first Bachelors.
Note: TESU doesn't have PhD, they have a DBA and Doctorate (Nursing Practice)
3) You send all your Sophia.org classes to Credly, then send them all to TESU

If you pay for the residency waiver for a TESU Associate degree, you have about 1 year to finish the Bachelor's degree. If you don't finish your Bachelor's degree by that time, you must pay the residency waiver again before graduating with the Bachelor's degree.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

BTW, the residency fee is only for undergrad, so it doesn't matter at the Masters and Doctorate level for TESU. Actually, in regards to the residency fee, you want to review this post here to see how it works, there have been discrepancies on how senior members or moderators read it: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...#pid390111
