I pounded my head on this...but can any of you provide me a road map to a Bachelor degree majoring in history with EC with testing out 100% similar to the BSLS?

At the risk of sounding, um, start knocking out some tests! A test done is a test behind you. You can get a good long list going at CLEP and when the time comes just send in the transcript. Many people prefer DSST to CLEP so start knocking those out too!
