Good Stuff Here Mates. Im Interested In Taking Int Algebra, College Algebra & Other Math Courses For Me New Job. I Used Google And Came Across Alexs As An Online Course For These Classes And Directed Me To This Forum.

I did Some Searching And It Looks Like I Can Take The Courses Above And If I Get A 70% or Greater On The Initial Assessment I Pass The Class Already, Is The Right? How Many Questions Are On The Initial Assessment?

If Im Wrong Can Someone Help Me Understand Better? Sounds Too Easy To Be True.

The number of questions depends on how you're doing. They ask 15-35 questions.

Yes you can force a new assessment and take it again.

Or you work on each topic and learn them before the new assessment.

If you are taking the course to learn math and not for college credit, don't worry about the assessments. Work through the problems until your assessments show close to 100 %. They primary purpose of ALEKS is to teach math. A secondary purpose is to award ACE credit which is accepted for credit at some universities.
