IT Career Exploration ( https://www.acenet.edu/National-Guide/Pa...0d3a310177 ) was mentioned a little while ago but I just noticed Introduction to Web Development ( https://www.acenet.edu/National-Guide/Pa...0d3a3bd758 ) listed in the national guide. Valid December 1, 2020 to November 30, 2023. 3 credits, LL.
I tried digging around for a syllabus but I couldn't find anything.

Hmm I wonder how many more 1 credit courses are they gonna do? With IT Career Exploration it'll be three. Or does ACE decide how many credits something is?

I think it's both ACE and the provider. I mean, if it is a short, quick, course then you've got to know that it'll only be 1 credit. Longer courses would be 2 or 3 credits.

Its all good but when will they be available? If its valid, why i cant see it on Sophia website?

It's probably only available to certain Sophia students, like those who have a bootcamp.sophia.org membership. IIRC, Capella got early access to Business Law and Principles of Finance so it's not surprising that they might not allow everyone to take the course right now.
I will say that, with some Googling, I did manage to find what appears to be the barebones outline of the course. It looks like it's a 3-unit course but I don't know how many Challenges or Touchstones it might have. Also, the URL for the course does exist within the Sophia system. We're just not allowed to take it right now. I suppose if you are interested in the course then you could contact chat and ask them when it'll be available.

The provider says how many credits they think it is, but ACE (or NCCRS) decides the ultimate credit recommendation.

I agree. That would be a very useful class for a lot of people. I don't think even SDC has a dedicated web development class.
