Problem to transfer BUS220 from study.com

Just to share that I'm currently having problems transfering study.com Accounting 301 into BUS220, though this is listed on SDC website. 


But! I did not check the UMPI transfer database ( Didn't think that I have to because normally what's listed on SDC is accurate). 


Now UMPI says they cannot transfer because in the database the corresponding course on SDC is Accounting 102. 

For now, they said they will re-evaluate my case. 
I will keep you posted for any update.

Study is not the most accurate place to check. UMPI does make changes. Here's how the database shows Accounting 301 from Study:

ACCOUNTI 301
Applied Managerial Accounting
BUS 3XX
Business Elective


This is what you need to take on Study:


ACCOUNTI 102
Intro to Managerial Accounting
BUS 220
Managerial Accounting

Many times, when transferring courses from one provider to a school, issues occur.
Whenever you are transferring to a school of choice, you want to do a few things

1) Check the transfer table from the provider as an initial step
2) Check the transfer table at the school you are transferring to
3) Verify both are indicating the same thing, if any difference occurs confirm with the school
4) For those who are not enrolled or haven't applied yet, you can save the course for later until you are ready to apply

Well if they want Accounting 102: Intro to Managerial Accounting, then we'll have to update the Wiki. 

The intro course will be easier since there are no assignments and fewer lessons.
