Basically, you should be able to do the double degree and get the 60 ECTS credits you're looking for if you're going to transfer.  I would recommend the program for the extra learning and filling knowledge gaps, I did mine for that reason alone, not for transferring elsewhere later.

seem like all the promotion (like Double Masters for EURO 199) and coupon no longer work!
