Looking for help finalizing classes for the easiest Bachelor's

I am looking to put together a bachelor's in business management or a BLA with biz management minor as easy as possible. Here is a list of the classes I've taken so far. Also I'm a native Spanish speaker so I can test out of at least 3 Spanish cleps. I have all day to work on classes but prefer to avoid essays.  I was thinking yourpace at umpi. Here is a list of classes plus keep in mind Spanish Cleps. I used your study.com code.
I'm going to get study.com and do more requirements there. Also if I must do essays then I accept that and just need to know the best way to move forward. For example, who do I go to to check my credits to see what classes I still need?
