I haven't been able to log on since yesterday. I followed the instructions to refresh my password, but I still can't log in. Anyone else having this problem?

I just logged in without a problem. There are a lot of names listed in the lounge area. It says they have done a software upgrade recently and are fixing problems. Contact the webmaster for help: webmaster@instantcert.com
