DO NOT TAKE THE TEST WITHOUT THE BOOK
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE THE TEST WITHOUT THE BOOK
Once you get the book you will see what I mean. Half of the questions are ripped from the book text. You can literally find the text in the book that answers the question directly.
Also, the problems they have are identical in format to the problems in the book so while taking the test, go find the same problem in the chapter text and use it as a guide to work the one on the test.
I also studied for CLEP accounting and didn't feel that I would pass so I took straighterline I&II. I did very very well on the accounting exams once I realized how to use the book to answer the questions.
Here is an example:
True or false : Preferred stock is blah blah blah
Go to the glossary and read the definition for preferred stock. If it matches, its true. 30% of the questions are like this.
