Actually, it looks great as long the department will accept all 21 fema's in the area of study. I would confirm this to be true; not just relying on a what if scenario.
If they should not and request a few alternatives, consider the following dantes exams: AOJ102 criminal justice and ENS201 race to save the planet. If memory serves I remember someone possibly using AOJ101 intro to LE.
