Here are the TESC course codes for you. Note that the credits transfer in as semester credits.

GLG 100 -- Principles of Geology ---- 4 ------- 3.3 ---- 13.2
GEO-101 Intro to Geology - 2.66 Credits in Natural Sciences
PS 100 -- Intro to Psycology -------4 ------- 2.5 ---- 10.0
PSY-101 Intro to Psychology - 2.66 Credits in Social Sciences
THR 202 -- Intro to Theatre ---------4 ------- 2.8 -----11.2
THA-101 Intro to Theater - 2.66 Credits in Humanities
SOC 101 -- Intro to Sociology -------4 ------- 3.0 -----12.0
SOC-101 Intro to Sociology - 2.66 Credits in Social Sciences
HIS 110 -- American Experience ----4---------1.6------6.4
HIS-199 Generic 100 Level History Course (course is not offered or listed in PLA catalog) - 2.66 Credits in Social Sciences
No matter your degree you'll these credits will fit into the General Education Area of the degree plan. TESC has a "currency" policy for courses over 10 years but it is supposed to apply to Business or Technical credits so I wouldn't expect any issues with that.
In the end you have:
2.66 in Natural Sciences
7.98 in Social Sciences
2.66 in Humanities
Regardless of the degree, you are probably best off starting with a test out (or course) for the English Composition requirement. Once you pick a school the members of this site can provide very helpful specifics on where to get started. You don't have any unusual credits so once you pick a school your credits should all be fine.
