I'm sorry, I'm old. But do you mean that it was a different teacher at a different university? If so, you may want to also check that a broken sequence is acceptable. I've noticed many times that sequence labs are required from the same institution. Of course this depends on where you are going, just tossing that out there as something to look at.
I think Rebel's answer is best. FWIW, I've taken a ton of online science labs, besides the extra cost of setting up a home lab and added annoyance of submitting lab reports/photos electronically *not a huge deal, I'd say the only tipping point is if you think you can learn the material without a teacher. I had a few chemistry and anatomy labs where I'd wished I had a lab partner or teacher to help me through one of the steps. Overall, it went fine.
