The BSLS is likely to be the most flexible degree. Let's put that aside a minute, though.
Is your Associate degree from EC? If so, it should fit nicely into a Bachelor's degree in one of the technology categories.
Which degree did you apply for/request an evaluation for?
What are your plans for your degree - grad school or career? It is often easier to know your goals and then plan backwards the best way to get there.
