If this means upper-level accounting or business elective the HR Mgmt, Money and Banking (yes, really), OB and MIS DSSTs are all pretty "soft" imo as is the Sales Mgmt TECEP. The Advertising TECEP is pretty easy too but there are far easier ways to get upper-level business credit.
