Definitely cheaper and faster. A course at TESC can run you about $700 while only less than $300 at PF. A PF course can be finished quickly depending upon how much time you want to devote to it, while at TESC you follow the traditional schedule of a certain number of weeks. However, just make sure that the PF course you're interested in is still approved by ACE and accepted by TESC before you sign up for it! Also, don't ignore Straighterline. As critical of their proctor changes as I have been, they do still offer a couple of courses that might interest you for a degree at TESC. SL's Managerial Accounting transfers as Cost Accounting at TESC, and SL's Financial Accounting probably also transfers as an UL course though I'm not certain on that one.
