Not a direct answer to your question, but I was surprised to learb that you can convert them to graded credits at FCC for $25 plus a second test on the material. http://www.frederick.edu/download/progra...ntFAQs.pdf
As Cooper mentioned, I think a CLEP/DSST in a familiar area will be a more cost effective solution....then again if they will take them pass/fail and you can complete your degree for an extra $250 or so without any real added stress I would call that a win!
