Questions on the TESC Personal & Social Responsibility requirements & Price at TESC

First, I've been looking at degree options again. I was leaning towards an LDAS at TESC, but now I'm thinking of possibly double majoring, so chances are that I'll have to fulfill the normal core requirements. I see that the personal & social responsibility courses are listed on the core of almost all the degree plans. The courses within that category are:

Institutional Outcomes include: Diversity/Global Literacy and Responsible Global Leadership, Lifelong Learning

Examples include courses SOC-322 Cultural Diversity, COM-335 Intercultural Communication, PHI-384 Ethics and the Business Professional
3 credits Diversity/Global Literacy
3 credits Responsible Ethical Leadership
3 credits of Personal and Social Responsibility electives[/INDENT][/INDENT]

The first degree would probably still be the LDAS, but the second degree might be sociology, psychology or social science.

I was just reading this thread:

which mentions that the Intro to Sociology CLEP can be used in place of the Diversity/Global Literacy credit. I've already taken ethics & sociology through a community college. Would they count for any of these requirements? Also, are there other tests which can replace the requirements? Specifically I am wondering about the Business Law CLEP.

Second, I'm hoping to actually just get as much done as I can before I apply to TESC. I know this is a long shot, but if I go in & already have all 120 credits complete, what all would I actually have to pay for in order to graduate? I'd like a price with & without the capstone course. I took capstone at the community college, but again I am not sure if they'll let me apply that credit.
