Switching from per credit to enrolled options at TESC
#4
See pages 199, 207 of the course cataglog.

Any changes to your academic record, including degree programs, enrollment plans need to be formally submitted in writing to the Office of the Registrar. Even tuition refund requests need to go through the Registrar.
"Our purpose is to house, maintain, and protect the confidentiality of student academic records, maintain and enforce academic policy, and comply with all Federal and State regulations pertaining to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974."
Office the Registrar
That's why when dealing with sensitive issues within your degree program, it is sometimes best to skip advising and go direct to the Registrar.

If you have billing issues/requests - tuition anniversary dates, course registration/extension billing the Bursar is the place to go. They can advise students, make ledger adjusments, move due dates, etc. But again it's just handling the accounting, dealing with the numbers and dates.

I hope this explanation was satisfactory? It seems butchered.

"Setting a goal is not the main thing. It is deciding how you will go about achieving it and staying with that plan." -Tom Landry
