Just to make sure, you did enter TESC's DSST score recipient number in your DSST registration page before you took your exam, right? You would not believe how many people leave that blank or are told the wrong number by their academic advisor, etc. You should have '9001' entered for the recipient number. If this field is blank or an incorrect 4-digit code is entered, you will need to call DSST and pay to order a transcript.
If you don't recall the number entered, I would suggest logging into your DSST account (not your DSST practice exam account) and verifying your info. If you don't recall, just type ibt.prometric.com/dsst in your browser and you should be directed to the correct URL. Scroll down to the bottom and select 'secure sign in', and log in. You should go automatically to the Update My Information screen (I call this your registration page). You should regularly check this screen whenever you are signing in to take a test!
