TESC Psych: making me crazy......science..what do we need????

I applied on the 14th and paid. Then I emailed to find out what was going on since it had been a while and I couldn't get into online services. They replied that they were waiting for my resume since I had applied for human services major. I told them that I tried to change it to psychology and they replied back that they would change it when my application is processed. That was two days ago and I still can't access online student services. So I'm not really sure what the status is. I'm going to try calling tomorrow.
I'm hoping I can get in under the 2014-2015 rules.
