Just wanted to add my experience with the two Study.com courses I took. I ended up taking 2 months to complete 2 courses: Human Resource Management and Principles of Management. You do not need to take as much time as I did. In fact, I made a huge mistake when I first signed up for study.com in May, which is my busiest month. I over-studied for HRM, watching each video, retaking the quizzes to get 100% each time, and devoting more hours than I needed to. Out of necessity, I squeezed Principles of Management into 3 days. I didn't read or watch the material and just rushed through all the quizzes, retaking them if I didn't meet the minimum score. Then I did all of the practice exams for the chapters and the practice final exam (reviewing all answers) before jumping into the actual final. I wish I would have spent less time on HRM and saved myself the extra $200 but thus is life. I recommend study.com and those two courses in particular. Just make sure you manage your time wisely so you don't waste money like I did. You could easily knock out both courses in 2 weeks.
