Before they had the Residency Waiver fee, they had nothing for a couple of years, but before that, it was more expensive to enroll at TESU than it is now. I consider these last couple of years a fluke, really.
If you ask anyone before the 2014 catalog, it was closer to $3000 to enroll at TESU. Still a better deal than most schools though.
