She also forwarded the email with her hand-made audit on to the registrar's office, asking them to update Navigator, so we shall see what happens there. I'm really hoping they get it fixed this coming week and show that I can get my degree. I have my Graduation Application filled out and ready to go, and the deadline to send it in is 6/16.

If all of your transcripts have arrived @ WVNCC, you can submit the application anytime thereafter. You don't have to wait until they update Navigator. Indeed, it may spur them to finish the update!

(As an aside, I graduated yesterday. My Navigator *still* says, " 99% complete. Almost done, see your advisor." On stage, they just handed out degree cases, not the actual degree papers. They won't mail out the May degrees until a bulk mailing on June 16th, presumably to let people finish up "incompletes" and such. So I'd go by what your advisor & the registrar say, not necessarily what the Navigator shows.)
