I would go the cheapest route and get almost done with the courses you need, then splurge on the "college credit month" to finish it off.
For example, $24.95/month do a month of that and get X courses almost complete, spend $87.95 on the final month taking the college credit.
Some people have completed 30+ credits in a month, I have only done 3 courses and that was when they grandfathered me in the "old" plan.
