Totally depends there too. My dad has been going to the VA for the last 6 years here in San Diego, and has had nothing but fantastic care. So weird how this problem seems to be regional. CA is great for the most part. Not sure why they can't replicate this through the whole system?
Not sure but I actually just switched facilities because the last one was no good. My new doc and facility is better but still pretty dismissive of my concerns...
