When you log into your TESU OSS and check your profile, does it show inactive and has a date? Or does it show Corp Partnership and also has a date? What does it show on your side? I think your profile is inactive and you just need to reactivate it by completing a TECEP, that will enroll you for another year.

You have so many options, you can go for the usual competency based degree providers or the Big 3. For the price, the COSC BSLS might be best suited for your educational goal of just getting the parchment. I would look at COSC as an option for test-out-able degrees or Brandman for competency based degree.
