LOL, any provider at the moment is going to be going bonkers with the Acclaim/Credly issue. It'll take some time for that to be fixed...
In regards to UMPI, anyone would do. Their advising/customer support is much better than any of the Big 3 it seems...
I agree with this! Everyone is probably going crazy at the moment dealing with the ACE/Credly/Acclaim stuff. Nobody knows what anyone else is doing. It certainly won't help that this has happened in the middle of a pandemic when a lot of college campuses are shut down and the office is working from home. You're going to be a lot slower and worse than usual under those conditions. That said, from what other students have said about UMPI on this forum, I think you'll have a good result no matter who you talk to in advising/customer support. They certainly sound more on-the-ball than the advisors at TESU, at least.
