I appreciate having support and eyes to check what I might miss. You are correct that this requirement is still in place. However, successful admittance has been had by others. All that is required is a letter of appeal with the application since they look at underage applicants on a case-by-case basis. Certainly it is not a guarantee, but at this point, we're hanging our hat on it!
