Update on the Finnish Uni route: I am now taking classes at Laurea, they have many more compsci-related ones than XAMK. They are easier than Helsinki's, though there are no cyber or AI ones. Some are in Finnish technically, but if you use Microsoft Edge with the autotranslate turned on you cannot really tell for the compsci ones. The only time it has mattered is for the healthcare ones where I've had to ram the short assignments through DeepL to submit them in Finnish. Not too big of a hassle.

Laurea gave me my own ID there in about 2 days after registering. There are quite a lot of classes there, but the following are CompSci related and free (plus Python, but Sophia has that and Coursera certs often give you SQL, Python and R at TESU):

It's amazing how many credit-granting courses are offered by Finnish universities for free.
