[SIZE="2"][COLOR="Navy"]I work in human resources for a Fortune 100 company that offers financial products and services. I have specialized in several areas of human resources to include: recruiting, training, learning and development, talent acquisition, employee relations, and executive consulting. Until recently, recruiting has been my primary focus. However, this past April I accepted an exciting position within the consulting line of business. Human Resources is definitely my passion and I suspect that this is what I will do for the rest of my life.
HR is also a pretty competitive field. Without an MBA, I have hit the ceiling of my earning potential. At this point, my ability to continue to climb the proverbial corporate ladder is greatly reduced without formal education. So here I am on the fast track to undergrad completion with the goal of entering an MBA program immediately thereafter.
