You're welcome...The leading choice should fall on the assignment count for those courses in SDC. If there is more than one assignment, then your son would be able to complete the course faster at UMPI. I don't have access to confirm the assignment count without an active account; however, I believe the course below has one assignment. Just click on those you listed or the one below, and it's an easy confirmation of the assignment count.

312 Advanced Operations Management BUS transferred in as 415 Operations Management and was a manageable course at SDC.

Excellent. I will recommend he check out BUS 312 Advanced Operations Mgmt (SDC)/BUS 415 Ops Mgmt (UMPI) while he does the BIO101L Biology Lab course at SDC during his 30 day membership. 

Basically, it seems like the best course of action would be for him to try and complete as many LL credits as possible through Sophia (combined with his existing RA credits from 1.5 years of his traditional University credit), take the BIO 101L and BUS 312 at SDC, take as many courses as possible to 90 credit hours, and then transfer to UMPI. I am encouraging him to put his credits earned here on Degree Forum and get feedback on creating a degree plan.
