Any modifications or considerations to my plan at TESU?

In order to waive the fee, you need to take 16 or more credits at TESU. TECEPs do not count (unless you have military rates, then there'd be other new rules, too). After those 16 TESU credits, you are allowed to bring in the remaining 14+ RA credits from anywhere. As long as you have taken at least 16 TESU credits, there will be no residency waiver fee.

Now I understand the waiver fee. Could I do it in reverse order(14 RA credits from elsewhere, then 16 credits from TESU to get fee waiver)? How would a double major affect this in terms of credits the 16 credits to get fee waiver and bring in? Would I just double the credits?
