SNHU's math degree is fine, and you only have to choose Applied Math as a concentration if you want to. They also don't have a Philosophy degree.
I might keep looking to see if you can find a school that better fits your requirements. Maybe you do UMPI's BLS degree, with alt-credit, and get it as quickly and cheaply as possible, and then spend a couple years saving up to do the math degree somewhere better.

If one is international and is going to settle for a degree they don't want, a Business degree would probably be better. Or, really, anything not liberal arts/studies.A Philosophy degree is not a priority, a minor would be nice if possible (with courses in logic, epistemology, philosophy of religion, philosophy of science...), a pure math degree with a large free elective section with the possibility to transfer 75% of courses from sophia.org, study.com, straigherline is the priority.
Do the degrees have to come from the same school? Math & philosophy are an unusual combination. What if the math degree comes from a well-ranked school and the philosophy degree does not? IIRC, there are some inexpensive philosophy degrees available at good (but not highly ranked) European schools for cheap.
