You should definitely finish the Bachelor's degree. I would not recommend ENEB as a substitute for any foundational degree but rather as a supplemental degree for professional development. You may be able to complete the ENEB Masters and get an equivalency of a Bachelors from the foreign credential evaluator ECE. However, I know that Michael has had some issues with ENEB being considered non-accredited by atleast one school without consideration given to Isabel I's certification which denied him admission to another Master's degree without a Bachelor's degree.
Some employers will accept an ENEB Masters without a Bachelor's, some won't. If you are someone with atleast 10 years work experience, it probably won't matter much. However, if you are at the beginning of your career, your degree will matter the most and you should have a fully accredited degree from a appropriately accredited school.
