I know my brother maxed out the number of ULs he could take outside of UMPI.

That makes sense to me. My understanding is that you need to take a certain number of UL courses at UMPI, and the number of UL courses is less for the BAS than it is for the BLS.

When I did my BLS, it was 13 UL credits had to be completed at UMPI. They haven't been very strict on this recently.
