It's actually really simple, it's the timing! Having said that, you should give us an even greater overview of details - What ambassador code did you use? When did you purchase and complete the classes? When did you email or call them last? You don't need connections, you need to be providing the most critical details, without it, we can't gauge the proper time frame for you...
