I used ashkir's ambassador code. Purchased and started classes on 10/24/2023. I received 13 emails, each one with a passing grade for every module, the last one was 12/12/2023. I have been emailing/calling almost every day, the last response from them is 12/28/2023 saying there was a "system bug" (that's what they've told me 3 times already!!) with no response after that. The issue I am seeing is that even after I had passed all the assignments, the diploma department claimed I wasn't cleared for graduation, and I don't see any of the grades that I received from the emails being uploaded onto campus.eneb.com (moodle). So it just seems like everything is "stuck" currently.
Anyone else having an issue or is it just me?
