UMPI Master of Science in Business

News: The 2025-2026 UMPI Catalog, Fall Version has been posted. Its Academic Programs page states the following three concentrations are coming in Fall Session 2, October 27 2025:

• Project Management
  
• Supply Chain Management
  
• Finance
  

These join the concentrations starting in Fall Session 1:

• Communication
  
• Human Resource Management
  
• Entrepreneurship
  

I wish they offered an accounting/finance concentration instead of pure finance. Maybe they don’t have enough demand or profs to teach the accounting classes. 

After I see what others say about the classes, I’ll consider enrolling in the MSB as I haven’t really found a good masters in accounting that I like and can afford. So may just settle for finance

I imagine most of the finance classes would require excel work and not as many papers (hopefully).

Many seem to be interested in BI, looks like it might be out sometime next year. I’m assuming they also don’t have enough profs for the classes especially who has a phd only woodman and curran come to mind. For finance trudel and maybe shah or reyes-F might be regular profs.
