Hi,
No! The BS at EC has the option of 3 degree major's, healthcare management, end of life care or healthcare education. They also offer 3 graduate certificates for those that don't want the degree. The graduate certificates are in healthcare informatics, end of life care and I believe healthcare managment. I will be doing the EC graduate certificate in healthcare informatics when I finish my degree. The EC BSHS is open to anyone.
I actually believe the TESC program is only open to those who currently hold an allied health certification/license. I know one of the TESC program I looked at had this restriction, so that is another reason I chose EC. The EC BSHS was also running a special where they were waiving the $895 enrollment fee. So it is free to enroll. I'm not sure when this expires, but it was still available the last time I looked at the BSHS home page. That is a great savings if you are paying out of pocket! Good luck!
