I explored the EC link, it appears as if they are restricting the transfer to students who only those who hold only a specific AAS/AOS degree in business, management, electronics, IT, and Nuclear tech. Bummer.

I'm betting that FEMA won't work here, and that the areas of focus are your elective /major areas. I'm not totally up on EC, but I think they use a different term- "applied professional" and so this may be interesting to see how real electives are applied (or allowed)
