Okay they are slow. You need to keep calling them and emailing them until you just can not bare to do it any longer. Have they received them yet? Have they shown up as received? If they have just keep calling and emailing until you get your resolve with them. They are painfully slow and they do not always communicate with their paying customers. Very, very bad business.
