I'm not sure if the dsst exam would apply because I thought I read the computer clep and dsst exams both count as the same. Can anyone confirm that?

You should look for the list that TESC publishes of these exams. I believe DSST Intro to Computing and CLEP Info Systems & Computer Applications are considered duplicate at TESC, which means they are transcribed as the same course number. DSST Management Info Systems is not duplicate of those 2 exams at TESC, but you'll want to check the list to see if the course code works for your degree.

You are correct. Both the CLEP and DSST exams you mention transfer to TESC as COS-101.

The DSST Management Information Systems exam transfers in as CIS-301.
