I requested mine and they came today - 2 from 2011, and 1 from 2015.

The page 2acenet that originally allowed students to sign in now redirects to the main ACE page. 

That makes it impossible to access and view the approved list any longer.

The only courses appearing on Acclaim are Straighterline.

I emailed Sophia to ask about it.

Does it mean all those credits are lost?

Can't believe ACE is getting away so easily with it.

SL is NOT the only provider on Acclaim. There are others. Some, like TEEX, are still working on the transfer process. Others, like SDC, are fully integrated already.

Sophia often doesn't answer emails. As has been said in this thread and elsewhere, you have to contact them via the chat function. They should be available again on Monday. Tell the chat person that you'd like them to manually add your courses to Credly. Wait a few days. Approve the courses. You have Sophia credits again.

I think you may be confused with how this all works.  You need to contact each provider you had credits with, and ask them to transfer them to your Acclaim account.

Yes, you MAY lose some, but chances are that most will be there quickly - it's just a cumbersome process right now, and the providers are scrambling to try to work this through (through no fault of their own).

And expect it take a lot of time.  I wish they were consistent with the wait a few days. Younger sibling had 2 approved in a few days and still waiting more than 2 weeks later for the other 3.  chat person says it's in process.  But it feels like it's back to summer of 2020 when there were big delays in eng comp grading.    we're trying to stay positive and say it'll be here by Christmas.

I got married after TEEX and one SDC class and one Saylor class. So I have to send my marriage license documents and THEN request all of them be manually entered - except Sophia. Sophia has had my correct name for two years.

So far, I have only been able to get Sophia.org to send me badges for classes taken in 2020.

I took a bunch in 2018-2019 that are not up and let me tell you, they are NOT organized.

They processed the request and left off 5 classes, and now they aren't responding to my emails so I am going to have to call again.

I'm sorry to say that your experience is common.  For some reason, email seems to be the worst possible way to deal with Sophia.

For what it's worth, I have always found them to be very responsive to phone calls and live chat.  Once they open a ticket for you to convert your older credits for Acclaim, you should see them as available within a day or two.

Or a week or two... or still waiting after 3 chat sessions each a week apart....... definitely not been a day or two with my family member.  They did 2 out of 5 courses within a day or two.  But just not finishing the work with the other 3.   all of the 5 courses in question were earned in 2020.  sigh... it's a mess.   I guess time to open yet another chat...

Can anyone elaborate on getting credit transferred from The Institutes (what is their website again?), TEEX and the CSM course?

We still haven't seen any Sophia courses come over.
