Business Law Update (I passed)

Dearest clep testers,, I have good news regarding the business law..

60-70 of the questions were the scenario ones that were exactly like the instant cert scenarios (the last two groups)...... and I know you guys,, if you've looked at the scenarios just one time its overwhelming and very scary because you would probably get 95% of them wrong like I did when I first went thru them...(and they take forever to get thru the first time around) but don't worrrrry,, just go through them again a few days later...and 'get the thinking' part right... I only went thru them one time,, and was really freaking out.. thinking the worst .. i"m not gonna pass this etc..but I went thru the first set of scenarios again-- only the first 40-50 (again) just to 'freshen' up. ( so just one and a half times total ) sorry (if i confused you guys)

anyways. that's what I wanted to tell you guys. MAke DAMN sure you read those scenarios if you want to pass. otherwise unless you are a daytime lawyer you won't pass. and I want to say,, about the scenarios on the test, they weren't as 'scary' and 'deep' and 7 sentences long like on the instant cert. they were much easier/briefer. BUTTTT the same exact concepts/ scenarios./similar..so right away you'll know the answer..

and regarding the rest of the test,,, I don't remember all that much.. but i did study IC and that was it. I studied IC really hard.

I passed with a 52 ... not the best score..but its a passsssssssssss ahhhhhhhhhhhhh..

so good luck everyone for business law. SCENARIOS is the word.

so right about the scenarios in Instantcert. I basically blew those off the first time I tried to pass that test. Not the wisest choice I've ever made...
